Refund Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Refund eligibility may depend on the billing platform, purchase type, reason, timing, and location.
Website subscriptions
Website subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. Use the Reseller's Best Friend billing portal to stop future renewal. Stripe will show when cancellation takes effect.
Canceling stops the renewal shown by the billing platform but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Submit a separate support request for a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, billing error, or service failure. Do not submit full card details.
Website credit packs and used credits
A credit pack is a one-time purchase. Before a metered photo-analysis or reverse-search provider is called, the product reserves that action's disclosed credit cost and subtracts it from the available balance. If no approved provider completes or no recoverable result is saved, the reservation is released and the balance is restored automatically.
If a recoverable provider result is saved but customer-visible finalization is interrupted, the reservation remains tied to that same action. A retry reuses the saved result without another provider call or credit debit and completes the original action.
Used credits are not normally refundable merely because an item did not sell, a sale or listing changed, a marketplace rejected a listing, or an estimate differed from the actual outcome. We will review duplicate debits, credits charged for a confirmed failed action, and requests required by law.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple handles refund eligibility and the refund request for purchases billed by Apple. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. Canceling an Apple subscription is a separate action in your Apple subscription settings.
Apple's rules and applicable consumer law determine eligibility. Support can help identify the product, but it cannot decide Apple's refund request.
Google Play purchases
For a purchase billed by Google Play, use Google Play's refund process. Google states that requests made within 48 hours may be eligible depending on the purchase details; after 48 hours, contact the developer for troubleshooting and possible refund handling under the developer's policy and applicable law.
Cancel future Google Play subscription renewal separately in Google Play subscriptions.
How to request help
Include the account email, billing platform, purchase date, amount, currency, product, receipt or transaction identifier, and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or API keys.
Use the support form.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original billing platform and payment method where supported.
