Agreement and service operator

These terms are an agreement between you and the Reseller's Best Friend operator for use of the Reseller's Best Friend service. By creating an account, using the service, or completing a purchase after these terms are presented, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement for yourself or have authority to accept it for an organization.

What the service does

Reseller's Best Friend helps users save and discover sale opportunities, upload and inspect sale photos, identify pictured items, research marketplace listings, and estimate resale potential.

Features, providers, limits, and availability may change. Setup, sample, or preview functionality is not a promise that a provider-backed feature is available in a paid production plan.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent allowed by law.

Do not share an account in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.

User content and permissions

You keep your rights in sale details, links, photos, labels, and other content you submit. You give the operator a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, analyze, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the features you choose to use.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. Do not upload private documents, unlawful material, malicious code, or content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass access restrictions, scrape behind logins, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, upload content you are not allowed to use, or use results to commit fraud or misrepresent goods.

Restricted sale sources remain link-out only unless official access, written permission, an approved feed, or user-provided content allows additional processing.

AI, marketplace research, and resale decisions

Item identification, descriptions, brands, models, condition signals, marketplace matches, demand signals, scores, and price statistics are automated research aids. They are not guarantees of identity, authenticity, ownership, condition, safety, legality, availability, sell-through, profit, or future value.

Active listing prices are not the same as completed sale prices. You are responsible for inspecting items and checking provenance, recalls, platform rules, taxes, fees, shipping, insurance, permits, and applicable law before buying or reselling.

Third-party services and links

Authentication, payment, hosting, AI, location, and marketplace features may rely on third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services; when you interact with a provider directly, its consumer terms govern that direct relationship.

We do not control third-party listing accuracy, availability, prices, policies, seller conduct, content, or platform decisions. A link or research result is not an endorsement.

Website subscriptions and credits

The website may offer an automatically renewing subscription and one-time credit packs through Stripe. Checkout displays the price, billing interval, included credits, and any taxes before payment. The subscription renews at the displayed interval until canceled.

Cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Stripe will show when cancellation takes effect. Canceling does not itself refund an earlier charge. Credits are consumed only for the metered actions identified in the product. Before a photo-analysis or reverse-search provider is called, the product reserves the disclosed action cost and subtracts it from the available balance. It restores that balance when no approved provider completes or no recoverable result is saved. If finalization is interrupted after a recoverable result is saved, a retry reuses that result without another provider call or credit debit.

The plan benefits, credit quantities, action costs, expiration rules if any, and cancellation terms presented in the product and checkout at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.

Mobile purchases

If mobile purchases are offered, the Apple App Store or Google Play checkout will display the applicable product, price, renewal terms, and billing account. Manage or cancel the purchase through the store that processed it.

Deleting the Reseller's Best Friend account does not by itself cancel a store-managed subscription. Cancel active billing first so renewal does not continue after account access is removed.

Refunds and account deletion

The Refund Policy explains how requests are handled and preserves rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Service ownership

The service software, branding, interface, and operator-provided content are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability, suspension, and termination

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, or events outside reasonable control. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, providers, or legal compliance, including for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply, including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and limits allowed by law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that results will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for a particular resale decision.

To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, missed sales, unsold inventory, inaccurate third-party content, or decisions made from automated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes should be presented through an appropriate notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
